We recently announced the release of the new 5 Series and the High Temperature Water-to-Water units, capable of producing up to 150 degrees. We also introduced the new Aurora control board, which is the next generation control board for WaterFurnace equipment.
This new Aurora Interface Diagnostics controller (AID) offers great new features and is a complete redesign of the control scheme that WaterFurnace dealers have become used to. With the new AID controller, you can now set up and diagnose problems with increased speed and get full access to data that would otherwise not be available.
Many of the features that WaterFurnace dealers are used to setting up manually are now done in seconds with the new AID tool, as well new diagnostic features are offered in the Aurora control scheme. Some of these features include:
- Fault history on the equipment
- Check last lockout
- Set up the ECM fan motor
- Check the status of all safety switches and devices
- Bypass the thermostat and run the unit
- Check all inputs and outputs

We will be holding online video conference training over the coming days at various times to demonstrate the new control, go over all of its features and answer questions on this new technology which will revolutionize the WaterFurnace equipment line.
