WaterFurnace has recently been certified as ISO 9001:2008 with Design in quality, production and distribution operations. Over an 11-month period all the processes at WaterFurnace were closely watched and audited by internal audit teams.
Because everything in the company is independently audited for high standards across the board, achieving ISO certification is an incredible accomplishment.
After the 11-month period, the entire system was audited and certified by Smithers Quality Assessments Inc. (SQA). SQA is one of the leading registrars accredited by the American National Accreditation Body (ANAB) and holds membership with the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars.
