We are actively seeking an Inside / Technical sales representative that can provide our customers with exceptional service. If you are a motivated and self-driven individual looking to build a career with a fast paced specialty HVAC distributor we want to hear from you.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales team member for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our products
- Team with our channel partners to close deals and answer customer questions.
- Perform effective technical presentations to prospects on new product
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone presence
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- College Diploma or HVAC trade experience a bonus
