Sales Training: January 27, 2010
Eden Energy Equipment held its first Sales Training class in our new training facility in Guelph on January 27, 2010. The class was a huge success with 50 of our dealers coming out to attend and learn and share in this important training class.
During this class our Sales Manager Al Zacher, who has 31 years experience in Geothermal Sales, reviewed the key elements on selling geothermal. Topics covered in this class included:
- The history of geothermal and common consumer questions on geothermal
- The seven steps to sales success, how people buy the basics of building trust
- 12 important factors in building trust and the key to closing the sale
- Choosing the right geothermal product for the application
- A complete review of the sales features and design of the WaterFurnace product
- A review of the new WaterFurnace products including the LEGEND and new Ultra line
- Packaging your company - lead generation events, sales process, after the sale
- Credibility and reliability - items to include in a presentation to customers
- Building customer trust and confidence
At the end of the sales training class our Technical & Support Services Manager reviewed the technical features of the new products WaterFurnace has recently launched. At our upcoming dealer meeting, we will be offering a more detailed look at all of the new products.
