MERV 13 Filters NOW!
2 inch MERV 13 filters can now be purchased as an accessory or as factory option for the Envision line to gain a full LEED point.

ThermaShield Coax Foam NOW!
New robotically applied closed cell polyurethane foam seals and insulates coaxial heat exchangers for ‘no sweat’ operation. This is being phased into Envision and Synergy3D production. The full phase in is scheduled for around May 15.

IntelliStart Soft Starter
The IntelliStart will reduce locked rotor startup amps by 65% resulting in noise and light flicker reduction. For example an NDV049 LRA starting current is reduced from 96 Amps to 34 Amps. The unit will also greatly reduce the size of alternate power supplies such as photovoltaic and backup gas/propane generators. The IntelliStart will be available as an option on all single phase Envision and Synergy3D units. A field kit will also be available for retrofit of existing compressor bearing units.

GeoLink Design Studio 2.0
2.0 is a major upgrade to the residential light commercial loop sizing and energy analysis program. Included are international cities, hydronic systems such as the EW, Synergy3D and the EW020 as a HPWH alternative hot water generation.

Envision Demo Unit
An Envision version of our working demo unit. It ships complete with silver cabinet and wave in reusable shipping container and casters. It features auto changeover operation with an internal loop for plug and play home show use.

PolyPropylene Flush Cart
A polypropylene version of the existing copper flush cart using Banjo style fittings of polypropylene construction.

NXW Reversible Chiller
Expands our chiller line and adds 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 ton units to the existing 30 and 50 ton models. These are commercial water to water heat pumps designed to replace chillers in existing and new applications warranting high efficiency geothermal applications.

NDW Series Lg Envision Water to Water
Expands our residential water to water line to 8, 10, 12, and 15 ton. The ultra compact cabinet is a mere 25w x 33d x 24h. the control box can be moved from front to back and water connections can be factory mounted out the top as well. These units feature single phase as well as commercial three phase Voltages. High efficiency Danfoss Scrolls will be introduced in many of these models.

HydroZone Controller
Our HydroZone Controller is a stand alone hydronic control that features outdoor reset, process, and setpoint control operation methods. This is an important addition to the growing hydronic heat pump line by providing outdoor reset and multi-unit staging capability to all of our water to water units. The controls flexibility allows it to operate up to four stages of heat pumps with the 4th stage configurable as an auxiliary heat for the hydronic tank. This control can also be mounted to a relay control box featuring 16 low or line voltage based zone control relays for hydronic applications.

NSW Series
This is the Envision upgrade to the EW product line and includes a new smaller model for HPWH applications. The latest compressor technology is included and features many Danfoss scroll compressors. Also some new model designation changes will be included. For example EW060 is now the NSW 075 to better reflect the traditional tonnage designation in geothermal heat pumps.

Envision 50 Hz
A 50 Hz version of our Residential Envision line single speed only but all 50Hz voltages in both ECM and PSC models.

Versatec R410A Replacement
This ‘yet-to-be-named’ product will replace the Versatec line. It will include an all new vertical and horizontal configurations in a compact cabinet suitable for commercial new and retrofit situations. Available in horizontal and vertical compact cabinets, it will feature hot gas bypass, reheat and internal solenoid valves. The control scheme will be the base microprocessor control and FX10 options. It will include 006-070 models in commercial voltages.

Legacy
The Legacy Series is the new Versatec R410A replacement refrigerant circuit in the residential featured Premier cabinet with internal electric heat and easy servicing. It will feature single speed scroll compressors with PSC/ECM with “drop in” replacement cabinet size to the original WaterFurnace Premier and Premier2 units shipped from 1989 thru 2002. The product will give us an edge by providing a value product line for residential quotes in addition to the Envision 018-072 Models in residential voltages only.
