Symphony is cloud-based, so there's no software to install. It provides control over the entire geothermal system -- not just the temperature you'll find in other "smart" thermostats.

Symphony gives you the power to monitor and track your WaterFurnace unit's energy use instantly, including a detailed rundown of daily, weekly, or monthly history, going back up to 25 months. With a personalized dashboard you can see and monitor all of the details most important to you. Along with the detailed history, you'll also find equipment alerts and service reminders in the app, so you don't have to wonder if something is wrong. By using the symphony app, a service tech can log into your system directly to view faults and operating conditions remotely, which can save on costly visits for simple fixes.

IntelliZone2

The IntelliZone2 enables you to precisely control up to 6 areas in your home, giving you the ability to directly change and monitor temperature conditions in different rooms of your house, providing complete customizability of comfort.

Monitor a second home.

Along with the precise area controls provided by the IntelliZone2, the Symphony platform allows for monitoring of multiple units in different locations. This means you can monitor a second home and account for its local surrounding weather conditions from kilometers away. Symphony can even send a notification to you when power is off at the home, giving you immediate notice for proactive solutions to problems that other systems would miss.

Amazon Alexa Integration

With Amazon Alexa integration, Symphony allows users to control any of their connected units with voice commands through any compatible smart device. Customers have the ability to adjust either their home or their IntelliZone2 zone temperatures and modes of operation using only their voice -- from anywhere Alexa can be reached.
